The right location
Keep the person in the center of the frame and make sure the area from head to chest is clearly visible when taking the photo.
The right pose
Please look straight at the camera and keep your head in the photo at a vertical angle. Asking someone else to take the photo for you can make the pose more natural.
Appropriate lighting
Keep standing directly in front of the light source and do not allow shadows to appear in the photo.
