What are the limits of the trial version?
The trial version of UniConverter is restricted to convert only 1/3 length of the video, burn 1/3 length video to DVD, download 5 video files from online sites and record limited video.

Can I cancel my monthly or annual subscription?
Yes, of course you can. The one-year subscription allows you to use this product for one year and renew if you are satisfied. You will receive an e-mail notification 7 days prior to the end of the subscription.

What shall I do if the registration code says invalid?
You can make sure you install the right version of UniConverter first, then check if there’s a trailing blank when entering the licensed Email and registration code (note they are all zeros in the registration code, no letter O). Please contact customer service if neither way works.

What is the Perpetual License?
A perpetual license is a license that does not expire, and it continues to authorize access to the current UniConverter version indefinitely.

What's the difference between commercial and individual licenses?
The commercial license is for commercial use, while the individual is for personal use.
